Description/about the Coronet: A Coronet has long, continuously growing hair that sweeps back like a Silkies'. The difference between a Silkie and a Coronet is that the Coronet has a single 'coronet' on the forehead. There is no recognized Satin variation of the breed. The coronet should have a single, tight center, like a White Crested. Coronets are the most popular in Broken and TSW varieties. Overall, Coronets are a fairly rare breed, not often seen at shows.
